Bergamot recognised as global leader in software innovation

Bergamot Solutions and its lead product Bergamot has gained global recognition again as a finalist in the ContactCentreWorld.com 2007 awards. The product was featured for the second year running and was recognised for its technological innovation, design flexibility and ease of use.

The software has been designed with a view to simplifying the activities undertaken by contact centres with advanced features such as SMS and embedded email.

Bergamot was in the running for the best of the best APAC in the 'software innovation' category with other entrants from countries in South East Asia like New Zealand, Japan, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Hong Kong, and India.

The software has been designed with a view to simplify all the activities undertaken by a contact centre with advanced features such as SMS and e-mail embedded into the system. While other organisations use various programs to carry out such operations, Bergamot allows an operator to perform these functions within the one application.
